TS130P2 CNC Table-type Boring Mills

1. Product model introduction

TS130P2 CNC table-type boring mills is our company draws from European advanced technology, through computer 3 D modeling and finite element analysis, according to the modular method, with independent intellectual property rights of high-grade CNC machine tools.In conjunction with relevant accessories, milling, drilling, boring, tapping, thread processing, and two-dimensional and three-dimensional surfaces.

2. Product structure characteristics

2.1 Basic fram Machine bed, worktable, slide seat, column, spindle box and rear tail cylinder are using high strength resin sand casting, and after no less than two thermal time treatment, so that the machine tool accuracy can be stable for a long czas;

2.2 Spindle The spindle consists of boring shaft (boring shaft) and milling shaft (milling shaft). The spindle bearings with high speed, high rigidity and high precision.The main transmission system adopts the spindle AC servo motor and two-stage mechanical speed change combined to realize the spindle stepless speed regulation, the spindle speed is 10 ~ 2500 r/min;

2.3The spindle material is 38CrMoAlA, good material characteristics, high wear resistance and hardness, the surface after nitride treatment final hardness above HV900,

surface polishing treatment.

2.4 Worktable The workbench is a high-precision rotary workbench positioned at any Angle.Workbench rotary shaft adopts good stiffness, high accuracy of double column cylindrical roller bearing, the upper part of the central unloading device, improve the workbench rotary movement accuracy, not moving hydraulic clamping, reliable and convenient;

2.5 Guide rail X Z Y W axis guide rail adopts imported high rigidity, heavy load, can withstand large rolling roller linear rail, fast dynamic response speed, high accuracy, smooth movement, no crawling phenomenon; high processing accuracy, and suitable for heavy cutting;

2.6 Movement feed mechanism The X, Y, Z and W coordinate feeding mechanism adopts the transmission mechanism composed of AC servo motor and preloaded ball screw nut. The screw nut is a double nut structure with adjustable clearance.The feed transmission mechanism is reasonably compact and has high transmission accuracy, which can ensure the smooth drive of the moving parts, and adopts the high-precision worm gear structure, which can eliminate the transmission gap between gears and improve the rotary accuracy of the workbench.

2.7 Balance mechanism: the spindle box adopts the heavy hammer balance device, which is stable and reliable.

2.8 Hydraulic system Use one set of hydraulic station to provide spindle variable speed, loose knife control and table hydraulic clamp, while providing circulating cooling and lubrication of the gears and bearings inside the spindle box.The hydraulic components shall work reliably. Install hydraulic components in accordance with international standards;

2.9 Electrical system The Siemens 828D system can realize the six-axis control of any four-axis linkage.With a handheld control unit;

2.10 Detecting element X, Y and Z axes adopt linear grating scale to form full closed-loop control, and axis B adopts circular grating to form full closed-loop angle position detection to avoid accuracy error caused by the wear of drive parts and ensure

long-term stable and reliable accuracy of machine tool; W axis adopts encoder detection to form semi-closed-loop control;

3. Overall layout

It is in horizontal layout. It consists of front and rear bed, moving column and sliding seat, side hanging spindle box and rear tail cylinder. The coordinates of the machine tool are subdivided as follows:

SINUMERIK 828D is a panel-based CNC system, which integrates the following functions and components: NC, PLC, HMI Full CNC keyboard Support for the 6-axis closed-loop control .

The system, drive and motor are connected by DRIVE_CLiQ bus, combined with the modular structure of the SINAMICS S120 drive system to ensure the simplest and reliable installation with minimal wiring.SINUMERIK 828D can fully meet the standard application of milling machine tool, it is suitable for both single-piece processing and mass production.Due to the independent system software for the milling process, the system parameters are optimized accordingly, making the debugging process more convenient and fast.
